德國HYDAC賀德(de)克壓力(li)傳(chuan)感器工作(zuo)原理
半導(dao)體(ti)壓電阻抗(kang)擴(kuo)散德國(guo)HYDAC賀德克壓力(li)傳(chuan)感器是(shi)在薄片(pian)表(biao)面(mian)形(xing)成(cheng)半導(dao)體(ti)變形(xing)壓力(li),通(tong)過(guo)外力(壓力(li))使(shi)薄片(pian)變形(xing)而(er)產生壓電阻抗(kang)效果(guo),從而(er)使(shi)阻抗(kang)的變化轉(zhuan)換成(cheng)電信(xin)號(hao)。
靜(jing)電容(rong)量(liang)型德(de)國HYDAC賀德(de)克壓力(li)傳(chuan)感器,是(shi)將(jiang)玻(bo)璃(li)的固(gu)定(ding)極(ji)和(he)矽的可動極(ji)相(xiang)對(dui)而(er)形(xing)成(cheng)電容(rong),將(jiang)通(tong)過(guo)外力(壓力(li))使(shi)可動極(ji)變形(xing)所(suo)產生的(de)靜(jing)電容(rong)量(liang)的變化轉(zhuan)換成(cheng)電氣(qi)信(xin)號。 (E8Y的(de)動(dong)作原理便(bian)是(shi)靜(jing)電容(rong)量(liang)方式(shi),其他(ta)機種(zhong)采(cai)用(yong)半(ban)導(dao)體(ti)方(fang)式(shi))。

德(de)國(guo)HYDAC賀(he)德(de)克壓力(li)傳(chuan)感器是(shi)工業(ye)實(shi)踐中zui為常用的(de)壹種(zhong)傳(chuan)感器,而(er)我(wo)們(men)通(tong)常使(shi)用(yong)的(de)德(de)國(guo)HYDAC賀德克壓力(li)傳(chuan)感器主(zhu)要是利用壓電效(xiao)應制造(zao)而(er)成(cheng)的,這(zhe)樣(yang)的傳(chuan)感器也稱為壓電傳(chuan)感器。
我(wo)們(men)知道,晶體(ti)是(shi)各向(xiang)異性(xing)的,非(fei)晶體(ti)是(shi)各向(xiang)同性(xing)的。某(mou)些(xie)晶體(ti)介(jie)質,當(dang)沿(yan)著壹定(ding)方(fang)向(xiang)受(shou)到(dao)機械力作用發生變形(xing)時(shi),就產生了極(ji)化(hua)效應;當機械力撤掉之(zhi)後,又會重新(xin)回(hui)到(dao)不帶電的(de)狀(zhuang)態,也就是受(shou)到(dao)壓力(li)的(de)時(shi)候(hou),某(mou)些(xie)晶體(ti)可能(neng)產生出(chu)電的(de)效(xiao)應,這就是所(suo)謂的(de)極(ji)化(hua)效應。科(ke)學(xue)家(jia)就是根據(ju)這(zhe)個(ge)效應研制出(chu)了德(de)國HYDAC賀德(de)克壓力(li)傳(chuan)感器。
壓電傳(chuan)感器中主要使(shi)用(yong)的(de)壓電材料包(bao)括有石英、酒(jiu)石酸鉀鈉(na)和(he)磷(lin)酸二氫胺。其中石英(二氧(yang)化矽)是壹(yi)種(zhong)天然晶體(ti),壓電效(xiao)應就是在這種(zhong)晶體(ti)中發現的,在壹定(ding)的(de)溫度(du)範(fan)圍(wei)之(zhi)內,壓電性(xing)質壹(yi)直(zhi)存在,但(dan)溫度(du)超過這個(ge)範圍(wei)之(zhi)後,壓電性(xing)質*消失(這個(ge)高溫就是所(suo)謂的(de)“居(ju)裏點(dian)”)。由於隨(sui)著應力的(de)變化電場(chang)變化微小(也就說壓電系(xi)數(shu)比較(jiao)低(di)),所(suo)以石(shi)英逐(zhu)漸(jian)被其(qi)他(ta)的(de)壓電晶體(ti)所(suo)替代。而(er)酒(jiu)石酸鉀鈉(na)具(ju)有很大的壓電靈敏(min)度(du)和(he)壓電系(xi)數(shu),但(dan)是(shi)它只(zhi)能(neng)在室溫和(he)濕度(du)比(bi)較(jiao)低(di)的環境下(xia)才(cai)能(neng)夠應用。磷(lin)酸二氫胺屬於(yu)人造晶體(ti),能(neng)夠承受(shou)高溫和(he)相(xiang)當高的(de)濕度(du),所(suo)以
已(yi)經得(de)到(dao)了廣(guang)泛的應用。

在現在壓電效(xiao)應也應用在多晶體(ti)上,比(bi)如(ru)現在的壓電陶(tao)瓷(ci),包(bao)括鈦(tai)酸鋇壓電陶(tao)瓷(ci)、PZT、鈮酸鹽系壓電陶(tao)瓷(ci)、鈮鎂(mei)酸鉛壓電陶(tao)瓷(ci)等等(deng)。
壓電效(xiao)應是壓電傳(chuan)感器的(de)主(zhu)要工作(zuo)原理,壓電傳(chuan)感器不(bu)能(neng)用於靜(jing)態測(ce)量,因(yin)為(wei)經過外力作(zuo)用(yong)後的電荷,只(zhi)有在回路(lu)具(ju)有無限大的輸(shu)入(ru)阻抗(kang)時(shi)才(cai)得(de)到(dao)保存。實(shi)際的(de)情(qing)況(kuang)不(bu)是這樣的(de),所(suo)以這(zhe)決定(ding)了壓電傳(chuan)感器只(zhi)能(neng)夠測(ce)量動(dong)態(tai)的(de)應力。
壓電傳(chuan)感器主(zhu)要應用在加速度(du)、壓力(li)和(he)力等(deng)的測(ce)量中。壓電式(shi)加速度(du)傳(chuan)感器是(shi)壹(yi)種(zhong)常用的(de)加速度(du)計(ji)。它具(ju)有結構簡單、體積(ji)小、重量(liang)輕(qing)、使(shi)用(yong)壽(shou)命(ming)長等(deng)優異的(de)特點(dian)。壓電式(shi)加速度(du)傳(chuan)感器在飛機、汽車、船舶(bo)、橋(qiao)梁和(he)建(jian)築(zhu)的振(zhen)動(dong)和沖(chong)擊(ji)測(ce)量中已經得(de)到(dao)了廣(guang)泛的應用,特(te)別是航(hang)空(kong)和(he)宇(yu)航領域(yu)中更有它的特殊地位(wei)。壓電式(shi)傳(chuan)感器也可以用(yong)來測(ce)量發(fa)動(dong)機內部燃燒壓力(li)的(de)測(ce)量與(yu)真(zhen)空(kong)度(du)的(de)測(ce)量。也可以用(yong)於軍(jun)事工業(ye),例(li)如(ru)用(yong)它來測(ce)量槍(qiang)炮(pao)子彈在膛(tang)中擊(ji)發(fa)的(de)壹瞬(shun)間的膛(tang)壓的(de)變化和(he)炮(pao)口(kou)的沖(chong)擊(ji)波壓力(li)。它既(ji)可以用(yong)來測(ce)量大(da)的(de)壓力(li),也可以用(yong)來測(ce)量微小的壓力(li)。
壓電式(shi)傳(chuan)感器也廣(guang)泛應用在生物(wu)醫學測(ce)量中,比如(ru)說(shuo)心室導(dao)管式(shi)微音(yin)器(qi)就是由壓電傳(chuan)感器制成(cheng)的,因(yin)為(wei)測(ce)量動(dong)態(tai)壓力(li)是(shi)如(ru)此普遍,所(suo)以壓電傳(chuan)感器的(de)應用就非(fei)常廣(guang)。
