FESTO費(fei)斯(si)托(tuo)電(dian)磁閥的(de)分類(lei)與選型(xing)
FESTO電(dian)磁閥是用(yong)來控(kong)制(zhi)流(liu)體(ti)方向(xiang)的(de)自(zi)動化(hua)基礎元(yuan)件(jian),屬於執行器(qi);通(tong)常用(yong)於機(ji)械(xie)控(kong)制(zhi)和工(gong)業(ye)閥門上(shang)面(mian),對介(jie)質(zhi)方向(xiang)進(jin)行控(kong)制(zhi),從(cong)而(er)達到(dao)對閥門開(kai)關(guan)的控(kong)制(zhi)。工(gong)作原理電(dian)磁閥裏(li)有密(mi)閉(bi)的腔,在不(bu)同(tong)位置開有通(tong)孔(kong),每(mei)個孔(kong)都(dou)通(tong)向(xiang)不(bu)同(tong)的油(you)管,腔中(zhong)間(jian)是閥,兩(liang)面是兩(liang)塊電(dian)磁鐵,哪面的磁(ci)鐵(tie)線(xian)圈(quan)通(tong)電(dian)閥體(ti)就會被(bei)吸引到哪邊,通(tong)過控(kong)制(zhi)閥體(ti)的移(yi)動來擋住(zhu)或漏出不(bu)同(tong)的排(pai)油(you)的孔(kong),而(er)進(jin)油(you)孔(kong)是常開(kai)的(de),液(ye)壓油(you)就會進(jin)入不(bu)同(tong)的排(pai)油(you)管,然(ran)後通(tong)過油(you)的壓力來(lai)推動油(you)缸的(de)活(huo)塞,活(huo)塞又帶動活(huo)塞桿(gan),活(huo)塞桿(gan)帶動機(ji)械(xie)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)動。這(zhe)樣通(tong)過控(kong)制(zhi)電(dian)磁鐵的電(dian)流通(tong)斷就(jiu)控(kong)制(zhi)了機(ji)械(xie)運動。
FESTO電(dian)磁閥從(cong)原理上(shang)分(fen)為三(san)大類(lei):
1、直動式電(dian)磁閥:原(yuan)理:通(tong)電(dian)時,電(dian)磁線圈(quan)產生電(dian)磁力把關(guan)閉(bi)件(jian)從(cong)閥座(zuo)上提(ti)起(qi),閥門打開(kai);斷電(dian)時,電(dian)磁力消失(shi),彈(dan)簧(huang)把關(guan)閉(bi)件(jian)壓在閥座(zuo)上,閥門關(guan)閉(bi)。特點:在真空、負壓、零(ling)壓時能(neng)正常工(gong)作,但通(tong)徑(jing)壹般(ban)不(bu)超(chao)過25mm。
2、分步(bu)直動式電(dian)磁閥:原(yuan)理:它(ta)是壹種(zhong)直動和先(xian)導(dao)式相(xiang)結(jie)合的原理,當入口(kou)與出口(kou)沒有壓差時,通(tong)電(dian)後,電(dian)磁力直接(jie)把先(xian)導小(xiao)閥和主(zhu)閥關(guan)閉(bi)件(jian)依(yi)次(ci)向(xiang)上(shang)提(ti)起(qi),閥門打開(kai)。當入口(kou)與出口(kou)達(da)到啟動壓差時,通(tong)電(dian)後,電(dian)磁力先(xian)導(dao)小(xiao)閥,主(zhu)閥下腔壓力上(shang)升(sheng),上(shang)腔壓力下降(jiang),從(cong)而(er)利用(yong)壓差把主(zhu)閥向(xiang)上(shang)推開;斷電(dian)時,先(xian)導閥利用(yong)彈(dan)簧(huang)力或(huo)介(jie)質(zhi)壓力推動關(guan)閉(bi)件(jian),向(xiang)下移(yi)動,使(shi)閥門關(guan)閉(bi)。特點:在零(ling)壓差或真空、高(gao)壓時亦能(neng)可*動作,但功率較(jiao)大,要(yao)求(qiu)必須(xu)水平(ping)安(an)裝(zhuang)。
3、先(xian)導式電(dian)磁閥:原(yuan)理:通(tong)電(dian)時,電(dian)磁力把先(xian)導孔(kong)打開(kai),上(shang)腔室(shi)壓力迅(xun)速(su)下降(jiang),在關(guan)閉(bi)件(jian)周(zhou)圍(wei)形成(cheng)上(shang)低(di)下高(gao)的(de)壓差,流體(ti)壓力推動關(guan)閉(bi)件(jian)向(xiang)上(shang)移(yi)動,閥門打開(kai);斷電(dian)時,彈(dan)簧(huang)力把先(xian)導孔(kong)關(guan)閉(bi),入口(kou)壓力通(tong)過旁(pang)通(tong)孔(kong)迅(xun)速腔室(shi)在關(guan)閥件(jian)周(zhou)圍(wei)形成(cheng)下低(di)上(shang)高(gao)的(de)壓差,流體(ti)壓力推動關(guan)閉(bi)件(jian)向(xiang)下移(yi)動,關(guan)閉(bi)閥門。特(te)點(dian):流體(ti)壓力範(fan)圍上(shang)限(xian)較(jiao)高(gao),可(ke)任意安(an)裝(zhuang)(需定制(zhi))但必須(xu)滿足流(liu)體(ti)壓差條件(jian)。電(dian)磁閥從(cong)閥結(jie)構(gou)和材(cai)料上(shang)的(de)不(bu)同(tong)與原理上(shang)的(de)區別,分(fen)為(wei)六個分支(zhi)小類(lei):直動膜片(pian)結(jie)構(gou)、分(fen)步(bu)直動膜片(pian)結(jie)構(gou)、先(xian)導(dao)膜片(pian)結(jie)構(gou)、直動活(huo)塞結(jie)構(gou)、分(fen)步(bu)直動活(huo)塞結(jie)構(gou)、先(xian)導(dao)活(huo)塞結(jie)構(gou)。
