工(gong)業(ye)上普(pu)遍(bian)需(xu)要(yao)測(ce)量各(ge)類非(fei)電(dian)物理(li)量,例(li)如溫(wen)度(du)、壓(ya)力、速(su)度(du)、角度(du)等(deng),都(dou)需(xu)要轉(zhuan)換成模(mo)擬(ni)量電(dian)信號(hao)才(cai)能(neng)傳輸(shu)到幾百(bai)米(mi)外的控制(zhi)室或顯(xian)示(shi)設備(bei)上。這種(zhong)將物理(li)量轉(zhuan)換(huan)成電(dian)信號(hao)的(de)設(she)備稱(cheng)為變送(song)器(qi)。工(gong)業(ye)上zui廣泛采用的(de)是用(yong)4~20mA電(dian)流(liu)來(lai)傳輸(shu)模擬(ni)量。 采用電(dian)流(liu)信(xin)號的原(yuan)因(yin)是不(bu)容易(yi)受幹(gan)擾(rao)。並(bing)且(qie)電(dian)流(liu)源內(nei)阻(zu)無窮大(da),導(dao)線電(dian)阻(zu)串(chuan)聯(lian)在(zai)回路中不(bu)影響精(jing)度(du),在(zai)普(pu)通雙(shuang)絞線(xian)上可以(yi)傳輸(shu)數百(bai)米(mi)。上限取(qu)20mA是因(yin)為(wei)防(fang)爆的要求:20mA的電(dian)流(liu)通斷(duan)引起的(de)火(huo)花能(neng)量不(bu)足以(yi)引燃瓦(wa)斯(si)。下(xia)限(xian)沒有(you)取0mA的(de)原(yuan)因是(shi)為了(le)能檢(jian)測(ce)斷線(xian):正(zheng)常(chang)工(gong)作(zuo)時(shi)不(bu)會低於4mA,當(dang)傳(chuan)輸(shu)線因(yin)故(gu)障(zhang)斷路,環路電(dian)流(liu)降(jiang)為0。常(chang)取(qu)2mA作(zuo)為(wei)斷(duan)線(xian)報警(jing)值(zhi)。 電(dian)流(liu)型變送(song)器(qi)將物理(li)量轉(zhuan)換(huan)成4~20mA電(dian)流(liu)輸(shu)出,必然要有(you)外電(dian)源為(wei)其(qi)供(gong)電(dian)。zui典(dian)型的是(shi)變送(song)器(qi)需要(yao)兩(liang)根電(dian)源線(xian),加(jia)上兩(liang)根電(dian)流(liu)輸(shu)出線,共要接(jie)4根線,稱(cheng)之為四線制(zhi)變送(song)器(qi)。當(dang)然,電(dian)流(liu)輸(shu)出可以與(yu)電(dian)源公(gong)用(yong)壹(yi)根線(公用VCC或(huo)者(zhe)GND),可節(jie)省壹(yi)根線,稱(cheng)之為三線制(zhi)變送(song)器(qi)。 其(qi)實大(da)家(jia)可能註(zhu)意(yi)到, 4-20mA電(dian)流(liu)本(ben)身就可(ke)以(yi)為(wei)變送(song)器(qi)供(gong)電(dian)。變送(song)器(qi)在電(dian)路中相(xiang)當(dang)於(yu)壹(yi)個(ge)特(te)殊(shu)的(de)負(fu)載(zai),特殊(shu)之處(chu)在於變送(song)器(qi)的耗(hao)電(dian)電(dian)流(liu)在(zai)4~20mA之間根據(ju)傳(chuan)感(gan)器(qi)輸(shu)出而(er)變化。顯(xian)示(shi)儀表(biao)只需(xu)要(yao)串(chuan)在電(dian)路中即(ji)可。這種(zhong)變送(song)器(qi)只需(xu)外(wai)接(jie)2根線,因而(er)被稱(cheng)為兩(liang)線(xian)制(zhi)變送(song)器(qi)。工(gong)業(ye)電(dian)流(liu)環(huan)標準下(xia)限(xian)為4mA,因(yin)此(ci)只要(yao)在(zai)量程(cheng)範(fan)圍(wei)內(nei),變送(song)器(qi)至少(shao)有(you)4mA供(gong)電(dian)。這使得兩(liang)線(xian)制(zhi)傳感(gan)器(qi)的設(she)計(ji)成(cheng)為可(ke)能。 在工(gong)業(ye)應用中(zhong),測(ce)量點(dian)壹(yi)般(ban)在現(xian)場(chang),而(er)顯(xian)示(shi)設備(bei)或者控制(zhi)設備壹(yi)般(ban)都(dou)在(zai)控制(zhi)室或控制(zhi)櫃上。兩(liang)者(zhe)之(zhi)間(jian)距離(li)可(ke)能(neng)數十至數百(bai)米(mi)。按壹(yi)百(bai)米(mi)距離(li)計(ji)算,省去(qu)2根導(dao)線意(yi)味著(zhe)成(cheng)本降低近百(bai)元(yuan)!因此在(zai)應用中(zhong)兩(liang)線(xian)制(zhi)傳感(gan)器(qi)必然是 輸(shu)出為標準(zhun)信號的(de)傳(chuan)感(gan)器(qi)。這個(ge)術(shu)語(yu)有(you)時與(yu)傳(chuan)感(gan)器(qi)通用(yong)。送(song)器(qi)種類(lei)很(hen)多(duo),體來(lai)說(shuo)就(jiu)是(shi)由(you)變送(song)器(qi)發出壹(yi)種(zhong)信號來(lai)給二(er)次(ci)儀表(biao)使二(er)次(ci)儀表(biao)顯(xian)示(shi)測(ce)量數(shu)據(ju)。 將物理(li)測(ce)量信(xin)號或(huo)普(pu)通電(dian)信號(hao)轉(zhuan)換(huan)為標準(zhun)電(dian)信號(hao)輸(shu)出或能夠以通訊(xun)協議方(fang)式(shi)輸(shu)出的設備(bei)。壹(yi)般(ban)分為(wei):溫(wen)度(du)/濕(shi)度(du)變送(song)器(qi),壓(ya)力變送(song)器(qi),差壓(ya)變送(song)器(qi),液(ye)位變送(song)器(qi),電(dian)流(liu)變送(song)器(qi),電(dian)量變送(song)器(qi),流(liu)量(liang)變送(song)器(qi),重(zhong)量變送(song)器(qi)等(deng)。 變送(song)器(qi)——遵循(xun)壹(yi)個(ge)物(wu)理(li)定律(或實驗數學模(mo)型)將物理(li)量的(de)變化轉化成4-20mA等(deng)標準(zhun)信號的裝(zhuang)置(zhi)。變送(song)器(qi)將傳感(gan)信(xin)號轉換為(wei)統壹(yi)的(de)標準信號(hao):0/4-20mADC,1-5VDC,0-10VDc 變送(song)器(qi):除(chu)有(you)傳感(gan)的(de)功能之外(wai)還有(you)放大(da)整(zheng)形的功(gong)能,輸(shu)出為標準(zhun)的控制(zhi)信號.
