美國邦納Banner繼(ji)電器(qi)的整(zheng)機設計(ji)
繼(ji)電器(qi)實質(zhi)是(shi)壹(yi)種(zhong)傳遞(di)信號(hao)的電器(qi),它根(gen)據(ju)輸入(ru)的信號(hao)達到(dao)不(bu)同的(de)控(kong)制(zhi)目的(de)。繼(ji)電器(qi)壹般(ban)是(shi)用(yong)來(lai)接通和(he)斷開控(kong)制(zhi)電(dian)器(qi)(電動(dong)機(ji))如在直(zhi)流(liu)電動(dong)機(ji)裏(li)的(de)電流繼(ji)電器(qi),當電流(liu)過(guo)小或(huo)過大(da)時(shi),它檢(jian)測到(dao)這種(zhong)電流信號(hao)後便(bian)控(kong)制(zhi)電(dian)動(dong)機(ji)的啟停(ting)還(hai)有如熱(re)繼(ji)電器(qi),如電動(dong)機(ji)長期(qi)過載(zai)而(er)使(shi)溫度過(guo)高(gao)時(shi),它便(bian)控(kong)制(zhi)電(dian)動(dong)機(ji)停止使(shi)用(yong)環(huan)境(jing)條(tiao)件(jian)主(zhu)要(yao)指(zhi)溫度(zui大(da)與(yu)zui小)、濕(shi)度(壹(yi)般(ban)指(zhi) 40℃下的zui大相對濕(shi)度)、低(di)氣(qi)壓(ya)(使(shi)用(yong)高(gao)度1000米(mi)以下(xia)可(ke)不(bu)考慮)、振(zhen)動(dong)和(he)沖(chong)擊。

那些用(yong)固(gu)態器(qi)件或(huo)電路(lu)提(ti)供(gong)激勵(li)及對尖峰(feng)信號(hao)比(bi)較敏(min)感地(di)地(di)方,也(ye)要(yao)選(xuan)擇(ze)有瞬態抑制(zhi)電(dian)路(lu)的產品(pin)。按輸入(ru)信號(hao)是(shi)電(dian)、溫度、時(shi)間、光(guang)信號(hao)確(que)定(ding)選(xuan)用(yong)電(dian)磁、溫度、 時(shi)間、光(guang)電繼(ji)電器(qi),這是(shi)沒有問題(ti)的(de)。這裏(li)特(te)別(bie)說(shuo)明(ming)電壓(ya)、電(dian)流繼(ji)電器(qi)的選(xuan)用(yong)。若(ruo)整(zheng)機供給(gei)繼(ji)電器(qi)線圈(quan)是(shi)恒(heng)定(ding)的(de)電流應(ying)選(xuan)用(yong)電(dian)流繼(ji)電器(qi),是(shi)恒(heng)定(ding)電(dian)壓(ya)值(zhi)則(ze)選(xuan)電(dian)壓(ya)繼(ji)電器(qi)。
與(yu)用(yong)戶(hu)密切相關的輸入(ru)量是(shi)線圈(quan)工(gong)作電(dian)壓(ya)(或(huo)電流(liu)),而(er)吸 合(he)電壓(ya)(或(huo)電流(liu))則(ze)是(shi)繼(ji)電器(qi),制(zhi)造(zao)廠控制(zhi)繼(ji)電器(qi)靈敏(min)度並(bing)對其進(jin)行判(pan)斷、考核(he)的參數(shu)。對用(yong)戶(hu)來講,它只(zhi)是(shi)壹(yi)個工(gong)作下(xia)極限(xian)參(can)數(shu)值(zhi)。控制(zhi)安(an)全系(xi)數(shu)是(shi)工(gong)作電(dian)壓(ya)(電(dian)流)/吸(xi)合(he)電(dian)壓(ya)(電(dian)流),如果在吸合(he)值(zhi)下使(shi)用(yong)繼(ji)電器(qi),是(shi)不(bu)可靠的(de)、不(bu)安全的(de),環(huan)境(jing)溫(wen)度升(sheng)高(gao)或(huo)處於振動(dong)、沖(chong)擊條(tiao)件(jian)下(xia),將使(shi)繼(ji)電器(qi)工(gong)作不(bu)可靠。
整(zheng)機設計(ji)時(shi),不(bu)能以空(kong)載(zai)電(dian)壓(ya)作(zuo)為繼(ji)電器(qi)工(gong)作電(dian)壓(ya)依據(ju),而(er)應(ying)將線圈(quan)接入作為負(fu)載(zai)來(lai)計(ji)算實(shi)際(ji)電(dian)壓(ya),特(te)別(bie)是(shi)電(dian)源內(nei)阻(zu)大時(shi)更是(shi)如此。當用(yong)三極(ji)管作(zuo)為開關元件控制(zhi)線圈(quan)通斷時(shi),三極(ji)管必(bi)須處(chu)於開關狀態,對6VDC以下(xia)工(gong)作電(dian)壓(ya)的(de)繼(ji)電器(qi)來講(jiang),還(hai)應(ying)扣(kou)除三極(ji)管飽(bao)和(he)壓(ya)降(jiang)。當然,並(bing)非(fei)工(gong)作值(zhi)加得(de)愈高愈好,超過額(e)定(ding)工(gong)作值(zhi)太高會(hui)增加銜鐵的(de)沖(chong)擊磨(mo)損,增(zeng)加觸(chu)點(dian)回跳次數(shu),縮(suo)短電氣(qi)壽(shou)命,壹般(ban),工(gong)作值(zhi)為吸(xi)合值(zhi)的1.5倍(bei),工(gong)作值(zhi)的誤(wu)差壹(yi)般(ban)為(wei)±10%。
