美國Banner邦納繼(ji)電(dian)器(qi)的穩(wen)定性(xing)
光(guang)繼電(dian)器(qi)為(wei)AC/DC並(bing)用(yong)的半導體(ti)繼電(dian)器(qi),指(zhi)發光(guang)器件(jian)和受光(guang) 器件(jian)壹體(ti)化(hua)的器件(jian)。輸入側(ce)和輸出(chu)側(ce)電(dian)氣性絕(jue)緣,但信號(hao)可以通過光(guang)信號(hao)傳輸。其(qi)特(te)點為(wei)壽命(ming)為(wei)半*性、微(wei)小電(dian)流(liu)驅動信號(hao)、高(gao)阻(zu)抗絕(jue)緣耐壓、超(chao)小型(xing)、光(guang)傳輸、無(wu)接點…等。主要(yao)應用於(yu)量(liang)測設(she)備(bei)、通信設(she)備(bei)、保(bao)全(quan)設備(bei)、醫(yi)療(liao)設備(bei)…等(deng)。額(e)定工(gong)作(zuo)電(dian)壓(ya)是(shi)指(zhi)繼電(dian)器(qi)正(zheng)常(chang)工(gong)作(zuo)時(shi)線(xian)圈所(suo)需(xu)要(yao)的電(dian)壓(ya),也(ye)就是(shi)控(kong)制(zhi)電(dian)路(lu)的控(kong)制(zhi)電(dian)壓(ya)。
根(gen)據(ju)繼(ji)電(dian)器(qi)的型(xing)號(hao)不同(tong),可以是(shi)交(jiao)流電(dian)壓(ya),也(ye)可以是(shi)直流(liu)電(dian)壓(ya)。直流(liu)電(dian)阻(zu)是(shi)指(zhi)繼電(dian)器(qi)中(zhong)線(xian)圈的直流(liu)電(dian)阻(zu),可以通過表測量(liang)。吸(xi)合電(dian)流(liu)是(shi)指(zhi)繼電(dian)器(qi)能(neng)夠產生(sheng)吸合(he)動作的zui小電(dian)流(liu)。在正常(chang)使(shi)用時(shi),給定的電(dian)流(liu)必(bi)須(xu)略大於(yu)吸(xi)合(he)電(dian)流(liu),這(zhe)樣繼(ji)電(dian)器(qi)才(cai)能穩(wen)定地工(gong)作(zuo)。而對於(yu)線(xian)圈所(suo)加(jia)的工作(zuo)電(dian)壓(ya),壹(yi)般(ban)不(bu)要超(chao)過額(e)定工(gong)作(zuo)電(dian)壓(ya)的1.5倍,否(fou)則(ze)會產生(sheng)較大(da)的電(dian)流(liu)而把線(xian)圈燒毀(hui)。
釋放電(dian)流(liu)是(shi)指(zhi)繼電(dian)器(qi)產生(sheng)釋放動作(zuo)的zui大電(dian)流(liu)。當繼(ji)電(dian)器(qi)吸(xi)合狀(zhuang)態的電(dian) 流(liu)減小(xiao)到壹(yi)定程(cheng)度(du)時(shi),繼電(dian)器(qi)就會(hui)恢復到(dao)未通電(dian)的釋放狀(zhuang)態。這(zhe)時(shi)的電(dian)流(liu)遠(yuan)遠小(xiao)於(yu)吸(xi)合(he)電(dian)流(liu)。觸(chu)點切換電(dian)壓(ya)和(he)電(dian)流(liu)是(shi)指(zhi)繼電(dian)器(qi)允(yun)許加(jia)載(zai)的電(dian)壓(ya)和(he)電(dian)流(liu)。它(ta)決(jue)定了(le)繼(ji)電(dian)器(qi)能(neng)控(kong)制(zhi)電(dian)壓(ya)和(he)電(dian)流(liu)的大小(xiao),使(shi)用時(shi)不能超(chao)過此(ci)值,否(fou)則(ze)很容易(yi)損壞繼電(dian)器(qi)的觸(chu)點。測線(xian)圈電(dian)阻(zu)可用(yong)表R×10Ω檔(dang)測量(liang)繼(ji)電(dian)器(qi)線(xian)圈的阻(zu)值,從而判斷該線(xian) 圈是(shi)否(fou)存在著開路(lu)現象。
測量(liang)吸(xi)合電(dian)壓(ya)和(he)吸合(he)電(dian)流(liu)找(zhao)來(lai)可調(tiao)穩(wen)壓(ya)電(dian)源(yuan)和(he)電(dian)流(liu)表,給(gei)繼(ji)電(dian)器(qi)輸(shu)入壹(yi)組電(dian)壓(ya),且在供 電(dian)回(hui)路(lu)中(zhong)串入(ru)電(dian)流(liu)表進(jin)行(xing)監(jian)測。慢(man)慢(man)調高(gao)電(dian)源(yuan)電(dian)壓(ya),聽(ting)到繼(ji)電(dian)器(qi)吸(xi)合聲時(shi),記(ji)下該吸(xi)合(he)電(dian)壓(ya)和(he)吸合(he)電(dian)流(liu)。為(wei)求準(zhun)確(que),可以試多(duo)幾(ji)次而求平均(jun)值。測量(liang)釋放電(dian)壓(ya)和(he)釋放電(dian)流(liu)也(ye)是(shi)像(xiang)上述那樣連(lian)接測試,當繼(ji)電(dian)器(qi)發生吸(xi)合(he)後,再(zai)逐(zhu)漸降低供(gong)電(dian)電(dian)壓(ya)
當聽(ting)到(dao)繼電(dian)器(qi)再(zai)次(ci)發生釋放聲音時(shi),記(ji)下此(ci)時(shi)的電(dian)壓(ya)和(he)電(dian)流(liu),亦(yi)可嘗試多(duo)幾(ji)次而取得(de)平(ping)均的釋放電(dian)壓(ya)和(he)釋放電(dian)流(liu)。壹(yi)般(ban)情(qing)況下,繼(ji)電(dian)器(qi)的釋放電(dian)壓(ya)約(yue)在吸合(he)電(dian)壓(ya)的10~50%,如果(guo)釋放電(dian)壓(ya)太(tai)小(小(xiao)於(yu)1/10的吸合(he)電(dian)壓(ya)),則(ze)不能(neng)正(zheng)常(chang)使(shi)用了(le),這樣會(hui)對電(dian)路(lu)的穩(wen)定性(xing)造(zao)成威(wei)脅(xie),工作(zuo)不可靠。
