二(er),液漲式(shi)溫(wen)控(kong)器:是(shi)當(dang)被控制(zhi)對象(xiang)的溫(wen)度(du)發(fa)生變(bian)化(hua)時(shi)使(shi)溫(wen)控(kong)器感溫(wen)部(bu)內(nei)的物質(壹般(ban)是(shi)液體)產生相(xiang)應的熱脹(zhang)冷(leng)縮的物理現象(xiang)(體(ti)積(ji)變(bian)化(hua)),與(yu)感溫(wen)部(bu)連(lian)通(tong)壹起(qi)的膜盒產生膨(peng)脹(zhang)或收(shou)縮。以杠(gang)桿(gan)原理,帶(dai)動(dong)開關(guan)通斷動(dong)作,達到恒溫(wen)目(mu)的液脹(zhang)式(shi)溫(wen)控(kong)器具(ju)有(you)控溫(wen)準確,穩(wen)定可(ke)靠,開停(ting)溫(wen)差(cha)小,控制(zhi)溫(wen)控(kong)調節(jie)範圍(wei)大,過載電(dian)流(liu)大等性能特點(dian)。液漲式(shi)溫(wen)控(kong)器主(zhu)要用於家(jia)電行業(ye),電(dian)熱設備(bei),制(zhi)冷(leng)行業(ye)等溫(wen)度(du)控制(zhi)場合用。
三,壓力式(shi)溫(wen)控(kong)器,改(gai)溫(wen)控(kong)器通(tong)過密閉(bi)的內充感溫(wen)工(gong)質(zhi)的溫(wen)包和毛細管,把被控溫(wen)度(du)的變(bian)化(hua)轉(zhuan)變(bian)為(wei)空(kong)間(jian)壓(ya)力或容(rong)積的變(bian)化(hua),達到溫(wen)度(du)設定值(zhi)時,通過彈性(xing)元件(jian)和(he)快速瞬動(dong)機構(gou),自(zi)動(dong)關閉(bi)觸頭(tou),以達到自(zi)動(dong)控制(zhi)溫(wen)度(du)的目的。它由感溫(wen)部(bu)、溫(wen)度(du)設定主(zhu)體部(bu)、執(zhi)行開閉(bi)的微動(dong)開關(guan)或自(zi)動(dong)風門(men)等三部分組成(cheng)。壓力式(shi)溫(wen)控(kong)器適(shi)用於制(zhi)冷(leng)器具(ju)(如電冰(bing)箱冰(bing)櫃等)和制(zhi)熱器等場合。
四(si),電(dian)子式(shi)溫(wen)控(kong)器,電(dian)子式(shi)溫(wen)度(du)控制(zhi)器(電(dian)阻(zu)式(shi))是(shi)采(cai)用電阻(zu)感溫(wen)的方法來(lai)測量(liang)的,壹般(ban)采(cai)用白金(jin)絲、銅絲、鎢絲以及(ji)熱敏電(dian)阻(zu)等作為(wei)測溫(wen)電(dian)阻(zu),這(zhe)些電(dian)阻(zu)各有(you)其優確點(dian)。壹般(ban)家(jia)用空調大(da)都(dou)使(shi)用熱敏電(dian)阻(zu)式(shi)。
工(gong)作原(yuan)理:蒸(zheng)氣(qi)壓力式(shi)
波(bo)紋(wen)管的動(dong)作作用於彈簧,彈簧的彈力是(shi)由控(kong)制(zhi)板(ban)上(shang)的旋鈕所控(kong)制(zhi)的,毛細管放在(zai)空(kong)調機(ji)的室(shi)內吸(xi)入(ru)空氣的風口處,對(dui)室(shi)內循(xun)環(huan)回(hui)風的溫(wen)度(du)起(qi)反應。當室(shi)溫(wen)上(shang)升至調定(ding)的溫(wen)度(du)時,毛細管和波(bo)紋(wen)管中的感溫(wen)劑(ji)氣體(ti)膨(peng)脹(zhang),使(shi)波紋(wen)管伸長(chang)並(bing)克服(fu)彈(dan)簧的彈力把開關(guan)觸點(dian)接通,此(ci)時(shi)壓(ya)縮(suo)機(ji)運轉(zhuan),系統(tong)制(zhi)冷(leng),直到室(shi)溫(wen)又(you)降(jiang)至設定的溫(wen)度(du)時,感溫(wen)包氣體(ti)收(shou)縮,波紋(wen)管收(shou)縮與(yu)彈簧壹起(qi)動(dong)作,將開關(guan)置於(yu)斷開位(wei)置,使(shi)壓縮(suo)機(ji)的電動(dong)機電(dian)路(lu)切(qie)斷。以此(ci)反復(fu)動(dong)作,從(cong)而(er)達到控(kong)制(zhi)房間(jian)溫(wen)度(du)的目的。
