3種濕(shi)度(du)傳(chuan)感器(qi)應(ying)用電(dian)路
濕敏(min)元(yuan)件(jian)主(zhu)要(yao)分為兩(liang)大(da)類(lei):水分子親(qin)和(he)力型(xing)濕敏(min)元(yuan)件(jian)和(he)非水分子親(qin)和(he)力型(xing)濕敏(min)元(yuan)件(jian)。利用水分子有(you)較(jiao)大(da)的偶(ou)極(ji)矩,易於附(fu)著(zhe)並(bing)滲(shen)透(tou)入固(gu)體(ti)表(biao)面(mian)的特(te)性(xing)制(zhi)成的濕(shi)敏(min)元(yuan)件(jian)稱(cheng)為水分子親(qin)和(he)力型(xing)濕敏(min)元(yuan)件(jian)。例(li)如(ru)電阻式(shi)濕敏(min)元(yuan)件(jian)、電(dian)容式(shi)濕(shi)敏(min)元(yuan)件(jian)和(he)毛(mao)發(fa)濕(shi)度(du)計(ji)。另(ling)壹類(lei)非水分子親(qin)和(he)力型(xing)濕敏(min)元(yuan)件(jian)利用其(qi)與(yu)水分子接觸產生(sheng)的物(wu)理效(xiao)應(ying)來測(ce)量(liang)濕(shi)度(du)。例(li)如(ru)熱(re)敏(min)電阻式(shi)濕度(du)傳(chuan)感器(qi)和(he)紅(hong)外(wai)線(xian)吸收式(shi)濕度(du)傳(chuan)感器(qi)等。
下面(mian)介(jie)紹(shao)3種(zhong)常(chang)用(yong)的濕(shi)度(du)傳(chuan)感器(qi)應(ying)用電(dian)路。
1 直讀式(shi)濕(shi)度(du)計(ji)的應(ying)用電(dian)路 直讀式(shi)濕(shi)度(du)計(ji)電路如(ru)圖1所(suo)示,其(qi)中(zhong)RH為氯化(hua)錘濕(shi)敏(min)電阻器(qi),氯(lv)化(hua)錘是(shi)壹種(zhong)吸濕鹽(yan)類(lei),氯(lv)化(hua)錘濕(shi)敏(min)電阻器(qi)是(shi)壹種(zhong)新型(xing)濕敏(min)電阻器(qi),屬(shu)水分子親(qin)和(he)力型(xing)濕敏(min)元(yuan)件(jian),它(ta)采(cai)用(yong)真(zhen)空(kong)鍍膜(mo)工(gong)藝在(zai)玻璃片(pian)上鍍上壹層(ceng)梳(shu)狀(zhuang)金電(dian)極(ji),然後(hou)在電(dian)極(ji)上塗上(shang)壹層(ceng)由(you)氯(lv)化錘和(he)聚氯乙烯醇(chun)等配(pei)制(zhi)的感濕膜(mo)。由(you)於(yu)聚氯(lv)乙烯醇(chun)是(shi)壹種(zhong)粘(zhan)合性(xing)很(hen)強的多(duo)孔性(xing)物(wu)質,它(ta)與氯(lv)化錘結(jie)合後(hou),水分子會(hui)很(hen)容易(yi)在(zai)感濕膜(mo)中(zhong)吸(xi)附(fu)或(huo)釋放(fang),從而(er)使濕(shi)敏(min)電阻器(qi)的電(dian)阻值(zhi)發生(sheng)迅速(su)的變(bian)化(hua)。為(wei)了提高(gao)濕敏(min)電阻器(qi)的抗汙染(ran)能(neng)力,還在(zai)濕(shi)敏(min)電阻表(biao)面塗敷(fu)壹層(ceng)多(duo)孔性(xing)保(bao)護膜(mo)。 對(dui)於壹種(zhong)配(pei)方的濕(shi)敏(min)電阻,其(qi)測(ce)試濕(shi)度(du)的範(fan)圍(wei)相(xiang)當狹窄(zhai)。要(yao)求濕(shi)度(du)測(ce)量範(fan)圍較(jiao)大(da)時(shi),需要(yao)將多(duo)個濕敏(min)電阻器(qi)組(zu)合(he)使用(yong),其(qi)測(ce)量範圍(wei)才能(neng)達(da)到20%~80%RH。由(you)VT1、VT2和(he)T1等組(zu)成測(ce)濕(shi)電橋(qiao)的電(dian)源,其(qi)振蕩頻(pin)率(lv)為250~1000Hz。電橋(qiao)的輸(shu)出(chu)信(xin)號(hao)經變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)T2、C3耦(ou)合(he)到(dao)VT3,經(jing)VT3放(fang)大(da)後(hou)的信(xin)號(hao)由(you)VD1~VD4橋(qiao)式整流(liu)後(hou)輸(shu)入微(wei)安(an)表,指示(shi)出由(you)於(yu)相對(dui)濕度(du)的變(bian)化(hua)而(er)引起電流(liu)的改(gai)變。經(jing)標(biao)定(ding)並(bing)把濕度(du)刻(ke)劃(hua)在微(wei)安(an)表表(biao)盤(pan)上(shang),就成為(wei)壹個簡單(dan)而(er)實(shi)用(yong)的直讀式(shi)濕(shi)度(du)計(ji)了。
2 電容(rong)型(xing)濕度(du)傳(chuan)感器(qi)的應(ying)用電(dian)路 電容(rong)型(xing)濕度(du)傳(chuan)感器(qi)是(shi)用(yong)高(gao)分子材(cai)料(liao)的濕(shi)敏(min)元(yuan)件(jian)作(zuo)為敏(min)感元(yuan)件(jian),它(ta)利用有(you)機(ji)高分子材(cai)料(liao)的吸(xi)濕(shi)性(xing)能(neng)與膨潤性能(neng)制(zhi)成的,屬(shu)水分子親(qin)和(he)力型(xing)濕敏(min)元(yuan)件(jian),吸(xi)濕後(hou),介(jie)電(dian)常(chang)數(shu)發(fa)生(sheng)明顯(xian)變(bian)化(hua)的高(gao)分子電(dian)介(jie)質,可(ke)做成電(dian)容(rong)式濕(shi)敏(min)元(yuan)件(jian)。常(chang)用(yong)的高(gao)分子材(cai)料(liao)是(shi)醋酸(suan)纖維(wei)素(su)、尼(ni)龍和硝(xiao)酸(suan)纖維(wei)素(su)等。高分子濕(shi)敏(min)元(yuan)件(jian)的薄(bo)膜(mo)做得(de)極(ji)薄,壹般(ban)約(yue)5000埃,使元(yuan)件(jian)易(yi)於很(hen)快的吸(xi)濕(shi)與(yu)脫濕,減(jian)少了滯(zhi)後(hou)誤(wu)差(cha),響應(ying)速度(du)快。這種(zhong)濕(shi)敏(min)元(yuan)件(jian)的缺(que)點是不(bu)宜用於含有(you)機(ji)溶(rong)媒氣(qi)體(ti)的環境(jing),元(yuan)件(jian)也(ye)不(bu)能(neng)耐80度(du)以(yi)上(shang)的高(gao)溫。電(dian)容型(xing)濕度(du)傳(chuan)感器(qi)的應(ying)用電(dian)路圖2所(suo)示(shi)。它(ta)由(you)兩(liang)個時(shi)基(ji)電路IC1、IC2組(zu)成,556為(wei)雙(shuang)時(shi)基(ji)電路即兩(liang)個555多(duo)諧(xie)振蕩器(qi),IC1及(ji)外(wai)圍元(yuan)件(jian)組(zu)成多(duo)諧(xie)振蕩器(qi),主(zhu)要(yao)產生(sheng)觸(chu)發IC2的脈(mai)沖,IC2和(he)電(dian)容型(xing)濕敏(min)元(yuan)件(jian)及(ji)外(wai)圍元(yuan)件(jian)組(zu)成可(ke)調(tiao)寬(kuan)的脈(mai)沖發(fa)生(sheng)器(qi),其(qi)脈(mai)沖寬(kuan)度(du)將取決(jue)於濕(shi)敏(min)元(yuan)件(jian)的電(dian)容(rong)值(zhi)的大(da)小,而(er)濕(shi)敏(min)元(yuan)件(jian)的電(dian)容(rong)值(zhi)的大(da)小決(jue)定(ding)於(yu)空(kong)氣(qi)中(zhong)的相(xiang)對(dui)濕度(du),調(tiao)寬(kuan)脈沖從(cong)IC2的⑨腳(jiao)輸(shu)出(chu),經(jing)R5、C3濾(lv)波後(hou)成為(wei)直流(liu)信(xin)號(hao)輸(shu)出(chu)。輸(shu)出(chu)電(dian)壓(ya)的大(da)小正(zheng)比(bi)於(yu)空(kong)氣(qi)的相(xiang)對(dui)濕度(du),其(qi)靈(ling)敏(min)度(du)為(wei)2mV/%RH。
3 線(xian)性頻(pin)率(lv)輸(shu)出(chu)式(shi)濕(shi)度(du)傳(chuan)感器(qi)的應(ying)用電(dian)路 線(xian)性頻(pin)率(lv)輸(shu)出(chu)式(shi)濕(shi)度(du)傳(chuan)感器(qi)HS1100/1101是(shi)基(ji)於*工(gong)藝設(she)計(ji)的電(dian)容(rong)元(yuan)件(jian),具有(you)可(ke)靠(kao)性(xing)高(gao)、穩(wen)定(ding)性(xing)好、反應(ying)時(shi)間快等優(you)點,可用於線(xian)性電壓(ya)或(huo)頻(pin)率(lv)輸(shu)出(chu)回(hui)路當中(zhong)。采(cai)用(yong)HS1100/1101的頻(pin)率(lv)輸(shu)出(chu)特(te)性(xing),實(shi)現對(dui)環境(jing)相對(dui)濕度(du)的測(ce)量(liang)。線(xian)性頻(pin)率(lv)輸(shu)出(chu)式(shi)濕(shi)度(du)傳(chuan)感器(qi)測(ce)量(liang)電(dian)路如(ru)圖3所(suo)示,電(dian)源電壓(ya)範(fan)圍(wei)是(shi)UCC =+3.5~12V。利用壹片(pian)CMOS定(ding)時(shi)器(qi)TLC555,配(pei)上HS1100/1101和(he)電(dian)阻R2、R4構成單(dan)穩(wen)態電(dian)路,將相對(dui)濕度(du)轉(zhuan)換(huan)成頻(pin)率(lv)信(xin)號(hao)。輸(shu)出(chu)頻(pin)率(lv)範圍是(shi)7351~6033Hz,所對(dui)應(ying)的相(xiang)對(dui)濕度(du)為(wei)0%~100%。當RH=55%時(shi),f =6660Hz。輸(shu)出(chu)頻(pin)率(lv)信(xin)號(hao)可送(song)至(zhi)數(shu)字頻(pin)率(lv)計(ji)或(huo)單(dan)片(pian)機(ji)系統(tong),測量(liang)並顯(xian)示(shi)出(chu)相(xiang)對(dui)濕度(du)值(zhi)。3R為輸(shu)出(chu)端(duan)的限(xian)流(liu)電阻,起保(bao)護作(zuo)用(yong)。555電路的非平衡(heng)電(dian)阻R1作(zuo)為內(nei)部溫度(du)補(bu)償用,應(ying)具有(you)1%的精(jing)度(du),目(mu)的是(shi)為(wei)了引入溫度(du)效(xiao)應(ying),使它(ta)與(yu)HS1100/1101的溫度(du)效(xiao)應(ying)相匹(pi)配(pei)。由(you)於(yu)不(bu)同型(xing)號(hao)的555的內(nei)部溫度(du)補(bu)償有(you)所(suo)不(bu)同,所以(yi)R1的值(zhi)必(bi)須(xu)與特(te)定(ding)的芯(xin)片相匹(pi)配(pei)。R3為輸(shu)出(chu)端(duan)的限(xian)流(liu)電阻,起保(bao)護作(zuo)用(yong)
