PILZ 安(an)全繼電器對於正反轉和(he)通(tong)斷(duan)頻繁(fan)的特(te)殊工作(zuo)制電動(dong)機,不宜(yi)采(cai)用(yong)熱繼電器作為(wei)過載(zai)保護裝置(zhi),而應使(shi)用(yong)埋(mai)人(ren)電(dian)動(dong)機(ji)繞(rao)組的溫(wen)度(du)繼電器或熱(re)敏電阻來(lai)保護。當 PILZ安(an)全繼電器用(yong)於保護反復(fu)短(duan)時(shi)工作(zuo)制的電(dian)動機(ji)時(shi),熱繼電器僅有(you)壹(yi)定範圍(wei)的適應性。如果短(duan)時(shi)間內(nei)操(cao)作(zuo)次(ci)數很(hen)多(duo),就要(yao)選(xuan)用(yong)帶速飽和(he)電(dian)流(liu)互感(gan)器的熱(re)繼電 器。PILZ安(an)全繼電器主要(yao)用(yong)於保護電(dian)動機(ji)的過載(zai),因(yin)此(ci)選(xuan)用(yong)時(shi)必(bi)須了(le)解(jie)電(dian)動(dong)機的情況,如工作(zuo)環(huan)境(jing)、啟動電流(liu)、負載(zai)性質(zhi)、工(gong)作制、允許(xu)過載(zai)能力等。 原則上應使(shi)熱(re)繼電器的安(an)秒特(te)性盡可(ke)能接(jie)近(jin)甚(shen)至重合(he)電(dian)動(dong)機(ji)的過載(zai)特(te)性,或(huo)者在電(dian)動(dong)機的過載(zai)特(te)性之下(xia),同(tong)時(shi)在電(dian)動(dong)機短(duan)時(shi)過載(zai)和(he)啟(qi)動(dong)的瞬(shun)間,熱(re)繼電器應不受(shou)影響(xiang) (不動(dong)作)。 PILZ安(an)全繼電器用(yong)於保護長(chang)期(qi)工(gong)作(zuo)制或間斷(duan)長期(qi)工(gong)作(zuo)制的電(dian)動機(ji)時(shi),壹般(ban)按(an)電(dian)動(dong)機(ji)的額(e)定電流(liu)來(lai)選(xuan)用(yong)。例如,熱繼電器的整定值可(ke)等(deng)於(yu)0.95~1.05倍(bei)的 電(dian)動機(ji)的額(e)定電流(liu),或者取熱(re)繼電器整定電流(liu)的中(zhong)值等(deng)於電動機(ji)的額(e)定電流(liu),然(ran)後(hou)進行調(tiao)整。
