WEBER超聲(sheng)波傳感器功率(lv)較小,所(suo)以(yi)工作(zuo)溫(wen)度(du)比較低,可以(yi)長(chang)時(shi)間地(di)工作(zuo)而(er)不失(shi)效(xiao)。醫療用(yong)的超聲(sheng)探頭(tou)的溫(wen)度(du)比較高,需要單(dan)獨的制冷(leng)設備。
靈敏(min)度
主(zhu)要取(qu)決於制造(zao)晶片本(ben)身。機(ji)電耦(ou)合(he)系數(shu)大,靈敏(min)度高;反之,靈敏(min)度低。
WEBER超聲(sheng)波傳感器利用(yong)聲波介(jie)質(zhi)對(dui)被(bei)檢測(ce)物(wu)進(jin)行非(fei)接觸式無磨(mo)損(sun)的檢測(ce)。超聲(sheng)波傳感器對(dui)透明或(huo)有(you)色(se)物體,金(jin)屬或(huo)非(fei)金(jin)屬物(wu)體,固體、液體、粉狀物(wu)質(zhi)均(jun)能(neng)檢測(ce)。其(qi)檢(jian)測性(xing)能(neng)幾乎不(bu)受(shou)任何(he)環(huan)境條件的影(ying)響,包括(kuo)煙(yan)塵(chen)環境和(he)雨(yu)天(tian)。
WEBER超聲(sheng)波傳感器超聲波測(ce)量液(ye)位的基本(ben)原理(li)是:由超(chao)聲探(tan)頭(tou)發(fa)出(chu)的超聲(sheng)脈沖(chong)信號,在(zai)氣體中傳播(bo),遇到(dao)空(kong)氣與(yu)液體的界(jie)面後(hou)被(bei)反射(she),接收到(dao)回波信號後(hou)計(ji)算其(qi)超(chao)聲(sheng)波往(wang)返(fan)的傳播(bo)時(shi)間,即(ji)可(ke)換算出(chu)距離或(huo)液(ye)位高度。
