意(yi)爾創(chuang)ELTRA編碼器ELTRA編碼器是(shi)把(ba)角位(wei)移或(huo)直線(xian)位(wei)移轉(zhuan)換(huan)成電(dian)信(xin)號(hao)的壹(yi)種裝(zhuang)置(zhi)。前(qian)者成為碼盤,後(hou)者稱(cheng)碼尺(chi).按照(zhao)讀(du)出(chu)方式(shi)編碼器可(ke)以(yi)分為(wei)接觸(chu)式(shi)和(he)非接觸(chu)式(shi)兩(liang)種.接觸(chu)式(shi)采(cai)用(yong)電(dian)刷(shua)輸(shu)出(chu),壹電(dian)刷(shua)接觸(chu)導(dao)電(dian)區(qu)或絕緣(yuan)區來(lai)表示代(dai)碼的(de)狀態是(shi)“1"還是(shi)“0";非接觸(chu)式(shi)的(de)接受(shou)敏(min)感(gan)元件是(shi)光敏元件或(huo)磁敏(min)元件,采(cai)用(yong)光敏元件時(shi)以(yi)透光區和(he)不(bu)透(tou)光區來(lai)表示代(dai)碼的(de)狀態是(shi)“1"還是(shi)“0"。
意爾創ELTRA編碼器
ELTRA編碼器它是(shi)壹(yi)種將(jiang)旋(xuan)轉(zhuan)位(wei)移轉(zhuan)換(huan)成壹(yi)串數(shu)字脈(mai)沖信(xin)號(hao)的旋(xuan)轉式(shi)傳感器,這(zhe)些脈(mai)沖能用(yong)來(lai)控制(zhi)角位(wei)移,如(ru)果(guo)編碼器與齒(chi)輪條(tiao)或(huo)螺(luo)旋絲杠結(jie)合(he)在壹(yi)起,也(ye)可(ke)用(yong)於(yu)測(ce)量直線(xian)位(wei)移。
ELTRA編碼器產生電(dian)信(xin)號(hao)後(hou)由數(shu)控制(zhi)置(zhi)CNC、可(ke)編程(cheng)邏(luo)輯控制(zhi)器PLC、控(kong)制(zhi)系(xi)統等來(lai)處理。這些傳感器主(zhu)要應用在下(xia)列方(fang)面(mian):機床、材(cai)料加工、電(dian)動(dong)機反(fan)饋系(xi)統以(yi)及測量(liang)和控(kong)制(zhi)設(she)備(bei)。在ELTRA編碼器中角位(wei)移的(de)轉(zhuan)換(huan)采(cai)用(yong)了(le)光電(dian)掃描(miao)原(yuan)理。讀數(shu)系(xi)統是(shi)基於(yu)徑向分度(du)盤的旋轉,該(gai)分度(du)由交(jiao)替(ti)的(de)透光窗口(kou)和(he)不(bu)透光窗口(kou)構(gou)成(cheng)的。此系(xi)統全(quan)部用壹個紅外(wai)光源垂直照(zhao)射(she),這樣(yang)光就把(ba)盤子(zi)上(shang)的圖(tu)像投(tou)射(she)到接收(shou)器表(biao)面(mian)上,該(gai)接收(shou)器覆(fu)蓋著(zhe)壹層光柵,稱為準(zhun)直儀,它具(ju)有和光盤相(xiang)同(tong)的窗(chuang)口。接收(shou)器的(de)工作(zuo)是(shi)感(gan)受(shou)光盤轉動所產生的(de)光變化,然後(hou)將光變化轉換(huan)成相(xiang)應(ying)的(de)電(dian)變(bian)化。壹般(ban)地,旋(xuan)轉(zhuan)編碼器也(ye)能得到壹個速度(du)信(xin)號(hao),這個信號(hao)要反(fan)饋給(gei)變頻器,從(cong)而(er)調節變(bian)頻(pin)器的(de)輸(shu)出(chu)數(shu)據。故(gu)障現象:1、ELTRA旋轉編碼器壞(huai)(無(wu)輸(shu)出(chu))時(shi),變(bian)頻(pin)器不(bu)能正(zheng)常(chang)工作(zuo),變(bian)得運行速度(du)很慢(man),而(er)且壹會兒變(bian)頻(pin)器保(bao)護,顯示“PG斷開”...聯合動(dong)作(zuo)才(cai)能起(qi)作(zuo)用(yong)。要使電(dian)信(xin)號(hao)上升(sheng)到較高(gao)電(dian)平(ping),並產生沒(mei)有任何幹(gan)擾的方(fang)波(bo)脈(mai)沖,這(zhe)就(jiu)必須用電(dian)子(zi)電(dian)路(lu)來(lai)處理。編碼器pg接線(xian)與參(can)數(shu)矢量(liang)變頻器與編碼器pg之(zhi)間(jian)的連(lian)接方(fang)式(shi),必須與ELTRA編碼器pg的(de)型號(hao)相(xiang)對(dui)應。壹(yi)般(ban)而(er)言(yan),ELTRA編碼器pg型號(hao)分差(cha)動輸(shu)出(chu)、集電(dian)極(ji)開路(lu)輸(shu)出(chu)和推(tui)挽(wan)輸(shu)出(chu)三(san)種,其(qi)信(xin)號(hao)的傳遞方(fang)式(shi)必須考(kao)慮(lv)到(dao)變(bian)頻器pg卡的(de)接口(kou),因(yin)此選(xuan)擇(ze)合適的pg卡型號(hao)或者(zhe)設(she)置(zhi)合理.

ELTRA編碼器壹(yi)般(ban)分為(wei)增量型與型,它們(men)存(cun)著(zhe)zui大的(de)區別(bie):在ELTRA增(zeng)量編碼器的(de)情(qing)況下(xia),位(wei)置(zhi)是(shi)從(cong)零位(wei)標(biao)記(ji)開(kai)始計(ji)算(suan)的脈(mai)沖數(shu)量確定的(de),而(er)型編碼器的(de)位(wei)置(zhi)是(shi)由輸(shu)出(chu)代(dai)碼的(de)讀數(shu)確定的(de)。在(zai)壹圈裏(li),每(mei)個位(wei)置(zhi)的(de)輸(shu)出(chu)代(dai)碼的(de)讀數(shu)是*的(de); 因(yin)此,當電(dian)源斷開時(shi),ELTRA型編碼器並(bing)不(bu)與實(shi)際的位(wei)置(zhi)分(fen)離(li)。如果(guo)電(dian)源再次(ci)接通,那(na)麽(me)位(wei)置(zhi)讀(du)數(shu)仍是(shi)當前(qian)的(de),有效(xiao)的; 不(bu)像增量編碼器那(na)樣(yang),必須去尋找零(ling)位(wei)標(biao)記(ji)。
