美國(guo)banner圖像傳感(gan)器采(cai)用(yong)壹般(ban)半導體(ti)電(dian)路zui常用(yong)的(de)CMOS工藝(yi),具(ju)有(you)集(ji)成(cheng)度(du)高(gao)、功(gong)耗(hao)小(xiao)、速(su)度(du)快、成(cheng)本(ben)低(di)等(deng)特(te)點(dian),zui近(jin)幾年在(zai)寬動(dong)態(tai)、低(di)照(zhao)度(du)方面發(fa)展迅(xun)速(su)。CMOS即(ji)互(hu)補(bu)性(xing)金(jin)屬(shu)氧(yang)化物(wu)半(ban)導體(ti),主(zhu)要是(shi)利用矽和鍺(zhe)兩(liang)種(zhong)元(yuan)素(su)所(suo)做(zuo)成(cheng)的半導體(ti),通(tong)過CMOS上(shang)帶負(fu)電(dian)和帶正(zheng)電(dian)的晶(jing)體(ti)管(guan)來(lai)實(shi)現(xian)基本(ben)的功(gong)能(neng)。這兩(liang)個互(hu)補(bu)效(xiao)應所(suo)產(chan)生(sheng)的電(dian)流(liu)即(ji)可被處(chu)理(li)芯(xin)片(pian)記(ji)錄(lu)和解(jie)讀(du)成(cheng)影(ying)像。
在(zai)模擬(ni)攝像(xiang)機(ji)以(yi)及(ji)標清(qing)網(wang)絡攝像(xiang)機(ji)中,CCD的使(shi)用,長期以(yi)來(lai)都在(zai)市場上(shang)占(zhan)有(you)主(zhu)導地(di)位(wei)。CCD的(de)特(te)點(dian)是(shi)靈敏(min)度(du)高(gao),但響(xiang)應(ying)速(su)度(du)較低(di),不(bu)適用(yong)於(yu)高(gao)清監(jian)控攝像(xiang)機(ji)采(cai)用(yong)的(de)高(gao)分辨(bian)率(lv)逐(zhu)行(xing)掃(sao)描方(fang)式,因(yin)此進(jin)入(ru)高(gao)清監(jian)控時代以(yi)後(hou),CMOS逐(zhu)漸(jian)被人(ren)們所(suo)認(ren)識(shi),高(gao)清監(jian)控攝像(xiang)機(ji)普遍采(cai)用(yong)CMOS感(gan)光(guang)器件(jian)。
CMOS針對CCDzui主(zhu)要的(de)優勢就(jiu)是非(fei)常省電(dian)。不(bu)像由二級(ji)管(guan)組(zu)成(cheng)的CCD和CMOS電(dian)路幾乎沒(mei)有靜(jing)態(tai)電(dian)量(liang)消耗(hao)。這就使(shi)得CMOS的耗(hao)電(dian)量(liang)只有普通(tong)CCD的1/3左右,CMOS重(zhong)要問(wen)題是在(zai)處(chu)理(li)快速(su)變(bian)換(huan)的影(ying)像時,由於(yu)電(dian)流(liu)變(bian)換(huan)過於(yu)頻(pin)繁而(er)過熱,暗電(dian)流(liu)抑(yi)制的(de)好就問(wen)題不(bu)大,如果(guo)抑(yi)制的(de)不(bu)好就十分容(rong)易(yi)出(chu)現(xian)噪點(dian)。

已(yi)經研發(fa)出720P與1080P的(de)背照(zhao)式CMOS器件(jian),其(qi)靈(ling)敏(min)度(du)性能(neng)已(yi)經與CCD接(jie)近(jin)。與表(biao)面照(zhao)射(she)型(xing)CMOS傳(chuan)感(gan)器相(xiang)比(bi),背照(zhao)式CMOS在(zai)靈敏度(du)(S/N)上(shang)具(ju)有(you)很(hen)大優(you)勢,顯(xian)著提(ti)高(gao)低(di)光(guang)照(zhao)條(tiao)件(jian)下的(de)拍攝效(xiao)果(guo),因(yin)此在(zai)低(di)照(zhao)度(du)環(huan)境(jing)下拍(pai)攝,能(neng)夠大幅降低(di)噪點(dian)。
雖然以(yi)CMOS技術為(wei)基礎的(de)百萬(wan)像素(su)攝像(xiang)機(ji)產品(pin)在(zai)低(di)照(zhao)度(du)環(huan)境(jing)和信噪處(chu)理(li)方(fang)面存在(zai)不(bu)足,但這並不(bu)會根本(ben)上(shang)影(ying)響它(ta)的應用(yong)前景。而(er)且相(xiang)關大企業正(zheng)在(zai)加大力(li)度(du)解(jie)決(jue)這兩(liang)個問(wen)題,相(xiang)信在(zai)不(bu)久(jiu)的將來,CMOS的(de)效(xiao)果會越來(lai)越接(jie)近(jin)CCD的效果,並且CMOS設(she)備的價(jia)格(ge)會低(di)於(yu)CCD設(she)備。
安防行(xing)業使(shi)用CMOS多(duo)於(yu)CCD已(yi)經成(cheng)為(wei)不(bu)爭的事(shi)實(shi),盡(jin)管(guan)相(xiang)同尺(chi)寸(cun)的CCD傳感(gan)器分辨(bian)率(lv)優(you)於(yu)CMOS傳(chuan)感(gan)器,但如果(guo)不(bu)考慮尺(chi)寸(cun)限(xian)制,CMOS在(zai)量(liang)率上(shang)的(de)優(you)勢可以(yi)有(you)效克服大尺(chi)寸(cun)感(gan)光(guang)原件(jian)制造(zao)的困難(nan),這樣CMOS在(zai)更高(gao)分辨(bian)率(lv)下將更有(you)優(you)勢。另(ling)外(wai),CMOS響應速(su)度(du)比(bi)CCD快,因(yin)此更適合(he)高(gao)清監(jian)控的(de)大數據(ju)量(liang)特(te)點(dian)。
