GSR電(dian)磁(ci)閥原理(li):它(ta)是(shi)壹種(zhong)直(zhi)動(dong)和(he)先(xian)導(dao)式相(xiang)結(jie)合的(de)原理(li),在入(ru)口(kou)與(yu)出(chu)口(kou)沒有壓(ya)差時,連通電(dian)後(hou),電(dian)磁(ci)力(li)直(zhi)接(jie)把(ba)先(xian)導小(xiao)閥和主(zhu)閥關閉(bi)件依次(ci)向(xiang)上提(ti)起,閥門打(da)開(kai)。當入(ru)口(kou)與(yu)出(chu)口(kou)達(da)到啟(qi)動(dong)壓(ya)差時,通電(dian)後(hou),電(dian)磁(ci)力(li)先(xian)導小(xiao)閥,主(zhu)閥下腔(qiang)壓(ya)力上升,上腔壓(ya)力下(xia)降(jiang),從而(er)利用(yong)壓(ya)差把(ba)主(zhu)閥向(xiang)上推開(kai);當(dang)斷電(dian)時(shi),先(xian)導(dao)閥利用(yong)彈(dan)簧力或(huo)介(jie)質(zhi)壓(ya)力推(tui)動(dong)關閉(bi)件,向(xiang)下(xia)移(yi)動(dong),使(shi)閥門關閉(bi)開。
特點(dian):在零壓(ya)差或(huo)真(zhen)空(kong)、但功率(lv)較(jiao)大(da),要求(qiu)必須水平進(jin)行安裝。
GSR先(xian)導(dao)式電(dian)磁(ci)閥原理(li):通電(dian)時(shi),電(dian)磁(ci)力(li)把(ba)先(xian)導孔(kong)打(da)開(kai),上腔室(shi)壓(ya)力迅速下降(jiang),在(zai)關 閉(bi)件周(zhou)圍形(xing)成(cheng)上低下(xia)高(gao)的(de)壓(ya)差,流體壓(ya)力推(tui)動(dong)關閉(bi)件向(xiang)上移(yi)動(dong),閥門打(da)開(kai);斷電(dian)時(shi),彈(dan)簧力把(ba)先(xian)導孔(kong)關閉(bi),入(ru)口(kou)壓(ya)力通過(guo)旁通孔(kong)迅速腔室(shi)在關閥件周(zhou)圍形(xing)成(cheng)下低上高(gao)的(de)壓(ya)差,流體壓(ya)力推(tui)動(dong)關閉(bi)件向(xiang)下(xia)移(yi)動(dong),關閉(bi)閥門。
