直(zhi)動(dong)式(shi)方向(xiang)滑閥(fa)也(ye)叫(jiao)rexroth力士樂ATEX開(kai)關閥(fa),力(li)士樂電(dian)磁閥(fa)電(dian)磁(ci)閥(fa)和(he)全不(bu)銹(xiu)鋼(gang);對於強(qiang)腐(fu)蝕(shi)的(de)介(jie) 質(zhi)必須選(xuan)用(yong)隔(ge)離(li)膜片(pian)式(shi)。中性(xing)介質(zhi),也(ye)宜選(xuan)用(yong)銅(tong)合金為閥(fa)殼(ke)材料(liao)的(de)電(dian)磁(ci)閥(fa),否則,閥(fa)殼(ke)中(zhong)常(chang)有(you)銹屑(xie)脫落(luo),尤其是動(dong)作(zuo)不(bu)頻(pin)繁(fan)的(de)場合。氨(an)用(yong)閥(fa)則不(bu)能采(cai)用(yong)銅材。
直(zhi)動(dong)式(shi)方向(xiang)滑閥(fa)適(shi)用(yong)性(xing):
1、介(jie)質(zhi)特(te)性(xing)
1)質(zhi)氣,液態或混(hun)合狀態分(fen)別選(xuan)用(yong)不(bu)同品(pin)種(zhong)的(de)電(dian)磁(ci)閥(fa);
2)介(jie)質(zhi)溫(wen)度(du)不(bu)同規(gui)格(ge)產(chan)品(pin),否則線圈會(hui)燒掉,密(mi)封(feng)件老(lao)化(hua),嚴重影響壽命命;
3)介質(zhi)粘(zhan)度(du),通(tong)常(chang)在50cSt以下。若超(chao)過(guo)此(ci)值,通(tong)徑大於15mm時(shi),用(yong)多(duo)功能電(dian)磁(ci)閥(fa);通(tong)徑小於(yu)15mm時(shi),用(yong)高(gao)粘(zhan)度(du)電(dian)磁(ci)閥(fa)。
4)介(jie)質(zhi)清(qing)潔度(du)不(bu)高(gao)時(shi)都(dou)應(ying)在電磁(ci)閥(fa)前(qian)配(pei)裝(zhuang)反(fan)沖過(guo)濾閥(fa),壓(ya)力(li)低(di)時(shi),可選(xuan)用(yong)直(zhi)動(dong)膜片(pian)式(shi)電磁(ci)閥(fa);
5)介(jie)質(zhi)若(ruo)是定(ding)向(xiang)流(liu)通,且不(bu)允(yun)許(xu)倒流(liu),需(xu)用雙(shuang)向電(dian)磁(ci)閥(fa)
rexroth電(dian)磁(ci)閥(fa)二通(tong)、三(san)通(tong)指(zhi)電磁(ci)閥(fa)的(de)閥(fa)體(ti)上(shang)有(you)兩(liang)個(ge)、三(san)個(ge)通(tong)道口(kou); 比如(ru)二位二通(tong)電(dian)磁(ci)閥(fa)是壹(yi)進(jin)壹(yi)出(chu)(二個(ge)通(tong)道、zui普(pu)通(tong)常見) 二位三通電磁(ci)閥(fa)控(kong)制液體(ti)是壹(yi)進(jin)二出(chu)(兩出(chu)分(fen)別是壹(yi)個(ge)常(chang)開壹(yi)個(ge)常(chang)閉);氣動(dong)換向電磁閥(fa)是壹(yi)進(jin)壹(yi)出(chu)壹(yi)排(pai)氣;液壓(ya)壹(yi)進(jin)壹(yi)出(chu)壹(yi)回(hui)油。國(guo)內(nei)外的(de)電(dian)磁(ci)閥(fa)從(cong)原(yuan)理上(shang)分(fen)為三大類(即:直(zhi)動(dong)式(shi)、分(fen)步直(zhi)動(dong)式(shi)、先(xian)導(dao)式(shi)),而(er)從(cong)閥(fa)瓣(ban)結(jie)構(gou)和(he)材料(liao)上(shang)的(de)不(bu)同與原理上(shang)的(de)區(qu)別又分(fen)為六個(ge)分(fen)支(zhi)小類(直(zhi)動(dong)膜片(pian)結(jie)構(gou)、分(fen)步重片結構(gou)、先(xian)導(dao)膜(mo)式(shi)結構(gou)、直(zhi)動(dong)活(huo)塞(sai)結(jie)構(gou)、分(fen)步直(zhi)動(dong)活(huo)塞(sai)結(jie)構(gou)、先(xian)導(dao)活(huo)塞(sai)結(jie)構(gou))。直(zhi)動(dong)式(shi)電磁(ci)閥(fa):原(yuan)理:通(tong)電(dian)時(shi),電(dian)磁(ci)線(xian)圈產(chan)生(sheng)電磁(ci)力(li)把關(guan)閉件從(cong)閥(fa)座(zuo)上(shang)提(ti)起(qi),閥(fa)門(men)打開(kai);斷(duan)電時(shi),電(dian)磁(ci)力(li)消失,彈簧把關(guan)閉件壓(ya)在閥(fa)座(zuo)上(shang),閥(fa)門(men)關(guan)閉。特點(dian):在真空(kong)、負壓(ya)、零(ling)壓(ya)時(shi)能正(zheng)常(chang)工作(zuo),但(dan)通(tong)徑壹(yi)般不(bu)超(chao)過(guo)25mm。
分(fen)布直(zhi)動(dong)式(shi)電磁(ci)閥(fa):原(yuan)理:它(ta)是壹(yi)種(zhong)直(zhi)動(dong)和(he)先(xian)導(dao)式(shi)相(xiang)結合(he)的(de)原(yuan)理,當(dang)入(ru)口(kou)與出(chu)口(kou)沒(mei)有壓(ya)差(cha)時(shi),通(tong)電(dian)後,電磁(ci)力(li)直(zhi)接把先(xian)導(dao)小(xiao)閥(fa)和(he)主閥(fa)關(guan)閉件依次向上(shang)提(ti)起(qi),閥(fa)門(men)打開(kai)。當(dang)入(ru)口(kou)與出(chu)口(kou)達到(dao)啟動(dong)壓差(cha)時(shi),通(tong)電(dian)後,電磁(ci)力(li)先(xian)導(dao)小(xiao)閥(fa),主閥(fa)下腔壓(ya)力(li)上(shang)升(sheng),上(shang)腔(qiang)壓(ya)力(li)下降,從(cong)而(er)利用(yong)壓(ya)差把主閥(fa)向(xiang)上(shang)推開;斷(duan)電時(shi),先(xian)導(dao)閥(fa)利(li)用(yong)彈簧力(li)或介質(zhi)壓(ya)力(li)推動(dong)關閉件,向(xiang)下移(yi)動(dong),使閥(fa)門(men)關(guan)閉。特點(dian):在零壓(ya)差或真空(kong)、高壓(ya)時(shi)亦(yi)能可*動(dong)作(zuo),但(dan)功率較(jiao)大,要(yao)求必須水(shui)平安(an)裝(zhuang)。先(xian)導(dao)式(shi)電磁(ci)閥(fa):原(yuan)理:通(tong)電(dian)時(shi),電(dian)磁(ci)力(li)把先(xian)導(dao)孔(kong)打開(kai),上(shang)腔(qiang)室(shi)壓力(li)迅(xun)速(su)下降,在關閉件周(zhou)圍形成上(shang)低(di)下高的(de)壓(ya)差(cha),流(liu)體(ti)壓力(li)推動(dong)關閉件向(xiang)上(shang)移(yi)動(dong),閥(fa)門(men)打開(kai);斷(duan)電時(shi),彈簧力(li)把先(xian)導(dao)孔(kong)關(guan)閉,入(ru)口(kou)壓力(li)通過(guo)旁(pang)通(tong)孔(kong)迅(xun)速腔室(shi)在關閥(fa)件周(zhou)圍形成下低上(shang)高(gao)的(de)壓(ya)差(cha),流(liu)體(ti)壓力(li)推動(dong)關閉件向(xiang)下移(yi)動(dong),關閉閥(fa)門(men)。 rexroth力(li)士樂ABZMS-41-1X/0500/M2/DC-K24
兩(liang)位三通電磁(ci)閥(fa)分(fen)為常閉型和(he)常(chang)開型兩種(zhong),常(chang)閉型指(zhi)線圈沒(mei)通電(dian)時(shi)氣路是斷(duan)的(de),常(chang)開(kai)型指(zhi)線圈沒(mei)通電(dian)時(shi)氣路是通(tong)的(de)。 常(chang)閉型兩位三通電磁(ci)閥(fa)動(dong)作(zuo)原(yuan)理:給(gei)線(xian)圈通(tong)電,氣路接通(tong),線圈壹(yi)旦(dan)斷(duan)電,氣路就會斷(duan)開,這(zhe)相(xiang)當於(yu)“點(dian)動(dong)”。 常開(kai)型兩位三通單電(dian)控(kong)電磁閥(fa)動(dong)作(zuo)原(yuan)理:給(gei)線(xian)圈通(tong)電,氣路斷(duan)開,線(xian)圈壹(yi)旦(dan)斷(duan)電,氣路就會接通(tong),這(zhe)也是“點(dian)動(dong)”。 兩位五(wu)通(tong)雙(shuang)電控(kong)電磁閥(fa)動(dong)作(zuo)原(yuan)理:給(gei)正(zheng)動(dong)作(zuo)線(xian)圈通(tong)電,則正動(dong)作(zuo)氣路接通(tong)(正動(dong)作(zuo)出(chu)氣孔(kong)有(you)氣),即使(shi)給(gei)正動(dong)作(zuo)線(xian)圈斷(duan)電後正動(dong)作(zuo)氣路仍然(ran)是接通(tong)的(de),將(jiang)會壹(yi)直(zhi)維持到(dao)給(gei)反(fan)動(dong)作(zuo)線(xian)圈通(tong)電為止。 給(gei)反(fan)動(dong)作(zuo)線(xian)圈通(tong)電,則反(fan)動(dong)作(zuo)氣路接通(tong)(反(fan)動(dong)作(zuo)出(chu)氣孔(kong)有(you)氣),即使(shi)給(gei)反(fan)動(dong)作(zuo)線(xian)圈斷(duan)電後反(fan)動(dong)作(zuo)氣路仍然(ran)是接通(tong)的(de),將(jiang)會壹(yi)直(zhi)維持到(dao)給(gei)正(zheng)動(dong)作(zuo)線(xian)圈通(tong)電為止。這(zhe)相(xiang)當於(yu)“自(zi)鎖(suo)”。
基(ji)於(yu)兩(liang)位五(wu)通(tong)雙(shuang)電控(kong)電磁閥(fa)的(de)這(zhe)種(zhong)特(te)性,在設計(ji)機(ji)電控(kong)制回路或編制(zhi)PLC程序(xu)的(de)時(shi)候(hou),可以(yi)讓電(dian)磁閥(fa)線(xian)圈動(dong)作(zuo)1~2秒(miao)就可以(yi)了,這(zhe)樣可以(yi)保護電(dian)磁閥(fa)線(xian)圈不(bu)容(rong)易損(sun)壞(huai)。 REXROTH電(dian)磁(ci)閥(fa),德(de)國力士樂電(dian)磁閥(fa),Rexroth電(dian)磁(ci)閥(fa)電(dian)磁(ci)閥(fa)在液路系統中(zhong)用(yong)來實(shi)現液路的(de)通(tong)斷(duan)或液流(liu)方向(xiang)的(de)改(gai)變,它壹(yi)般具(ju)有壹(yi)個(ge)可以(yi)在線圈電(dian)磁力(li)驅動(dong)下滑動(dong)的(de)閥(fa)芯,閥(fa)芯在不(bu)同的(de)位置時(shi),電(dian)磁(ci)閥(fa)的(de)通(tong)路也(ye)就不(bu)同。閥(fa)芯的(de)工作(zuo)位置有(you)幾(ji)個(ge),該(gai)電磁閥(fa)就叫(jiao)幾位電磁閥(fa):閥(fa)體(ti)上(shang)的(de)接口(kou),也就是電(dian)磁(ci)閥(fa)的(de)通(tong)路數(shu),有幾個(ge)通(tong)路口(kou),該電(dian)磁閥(fa)就叫(jiao)幾通電(dian)磁閥(fa)。 電(dian)磁(ci)閥(fa)安(an)裝(zhuang)後,壹(yi)般所(suo)有(you)接口(kou)都應(ying)該(gai)是連(lian)接好(hao)了的(de),所(suo)謂(wei)工作(zuo)位置指(zhi)的(de)是閥(fa)芯的(de)位置。閥(fa)芯在線圈不(bu)通(tong)電(dian)時(shi)處(chu)在甲位置,在線圈通(tong)電時(shi)處(chu)在乙位置,閥(fa)芯在不(bu)同位置時(shi),對各接口(kou)起(qi)到或接通(tong)或封閉的(de)作(zuo)用(yong)。電(dian)磁(ci)閥(fa)二位是指(zhi)電磁(ci)閥(fa)的(de)閥(fa)芯有(you)兩個(ge)不(bu)同的(de)工作(zuo)位置(開(kai)、關(guan))。
